Cab was good, driver was good, but driver charged Rs.250 per nigth for 3 days total Rs.750/- extra from your total bill amount, i asked him that it is included in the fare but he was not agreed and hence taken 750/- extra

Pick up was on time, the drive was good without any problems, the driver was polite, albeit with little English however, this did not cause any problems. All in all I would definitely recommend Gozo to friends and family.

Overall experience was good, just a bit of hick-up regarding the car which was alloted ...there was bit of confusion but it was resolved message which i got said that the car will be Etios but at the time of pick up there was swift desire....overall i consider my experience with gozo to be satisfactory....

I was EXTREMELY pleased with Gozocabs. They picked me up at my hotel on time, a good clean car, English speaking driver (one way at least) were courteous and polite. Considerately stopped for drinks and toilet. Were aware of security in the car and had good local knowledge of roads and routes. I would not hesitate to recommend Gozo to friends and business acquaintances. Reasonably prices considering the distance to Taj Mahal from Jaipur. Well done Gozo and thanks.

Please refer to your facebook page as I have shared the complete feedback their only . The Gozo support is amazingly great.The moment you discovered that I am trying make a booking, an executive Ms.Tina assisted me in making the booking. And that's really awesome as I did not had to go through the hassle of contacting new executive everytime over the phone.She was really helpful in assisting me.Even the cab driver Mr. Rakesh Kumar was a very nice guy.We kept asking him various questions about the places and culture of Jaipur and he kept telling us interesting things about them.He was like our Driver cum guide.He drove the car very sensibly.Car came on time for the pick up, experienced not even a single problem during the trip.I wonder how this amazing service(Gozo) is still unfamiliar to the people.THANK YOU SO MUCH GOZOCABS FOR MAKING THIS TRIP AWESOME.KEEP IT UP GOZO !
