• On-time Pickups: Your car will be guaranteed on-time or we’ll give you a credit back saying “Sorry, we were late”. In fact, our drivers are trained to arrive 10 minutes ahead of scheduled time
• Real-time updates: Get status updates directly on your phone: driver en route, arrived, etc.
• Get the app: Download our app to create the booking, real-time updates and avail special promotions. Give us persistent location permissions. Receive a welcome message with latest update as soon as you land.
• Concierges at Airport: Our concierges are at the airport, ready to assist you with your pickup. They may also be able to help you for your last minute travel (we recommend you book ahead of time), create a booking right there and then if you need a car right away
• No extra wait. No missed pickups: Share your flight number during booking and we’ll track your flight for you. We’ll even notify you that we’ve changed your pickup time at the airport (and we’ve notified your driver to adjust schedules) if your flight is arriving late.
• Curbside pickups: You driver will be waiting outside the airport, ready for you to tap “I’m Ready for Pickup” in the app. Do that and your driver rolls in to you at pre-arranged pickup point.
• Meet & Greet: If you added the “Meet & Greet” option (add-on option for a fee), our Airport Concierge will meet you with a digital name sign right as you walk out of “Arrivals”. Simply get the app on your phone and tap the “I’m ready for pickup” button when you’ve grabbeed your bags and heading out towards arrivals.
• Airport Staff: Our Airport Concierges are available at the curbside, ready to assist if you need anything at all (assistance with bags, finding your driver, or rescheduling)
